A mother and daughter duo, working together to create a sustainable, beautifully fragranced bath and body brand. The brand focuses on gorgeous fragrances and incorporates a sustainable factor to their formulas, and packaging. They opted for the “less is more” technique and even thought of waterless formulations.

The brand wanted beautiful and luxurious fragrances and clean formulations, that didn’t dry the skin or cause skin irritation, and left a rich hydrating feel to your skin after showering. We researched the skincare market, in particular acne prone skin. We considered macro and micro trends , conducted a competitor analysis and SWOT analysis.

We developed their vision, mission, brand messaging. We created their pricing strategy and their cash flow forecast.
