The Issue
The founder has a diploma in skincare formulation, and a passion for pro-ageing skincare with a vision to launch a results driven sustainable skincare brand based on naturally derived ingredients, blended with science. She approached us to help them to develop their brand strategy to launch their new skincare range to market, and to develop their branding.

Brand Strategy

  • We started by understanding the macro and micro trends in the skincare marketplace, scoping out a clear strategy that would really differentiate their brand – from conducting a SWOT analysis, competitor analysis, through to creating their vision, mission, brand messaging and brand story.
  • We developed their pricing, positioning, and their cash flow forecast, and supported them with drafting their new product development briefs.
