long-lasting fragrances, and hydrating formulations at affordable price points.

The brand wanted beautiful and luxurious fragrances and clean formulations, that didn’t dry the skin
or cause skin irritation, and left a rich hydrating feel to your skin after showering. We researched the
skincare market, in particular acne prone skin. We considered macro and micro trends, conducted a
competitor analysis and SWOT analysis.
We developed their Vision, Mission, Brand Messaging. We created their pricing strategy and their cash
flow forecast.
