With over two decades of experience across the beauty, retail, and luxury goods industry, Janet Milner-Walker has held senior leadership roles within global brands including Marks & Spencer, Harvey Nichols, and The Body Shop. She holds an MA in Strategic Marketing and a Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management.
In 2017, she founded Bespoke Advantage to support ambitious beauty and wellness brands in building commercially strong, strategically positioned businesses capable of scaling across international markets. Working alongside a network of industry specialists, she partners with founders and leadership teams to deliver strategic, creative, and commercially impactful solutions.
